Because tungsten is around 30% denser than lead, you're using noticeably less putty to achieve the same effect. That means the 200g tub stretches further than you'd expect, and you have more control over fine adjustments without accidentally over-weighting your rig.
The putty is easy to knead and shape by hand, sticks where you put it, and firms up in cold water to stay in place during the retrieve or while your bait sits on the bottom. When conditions change or you want to reposition it, it peels off cleanly without leaving sticky residue on your hands, line or gear.
