The Simplecom CH547 solves that by expanding a single USB-C connection into seven ports without any driver installation or complicated setup.
The HDMI output supports up to 4K at 30Hz in both Mirror and Extended display modes, so you can run a second monitor for a proper dual-screen workflow. The USB-A 5Gbps port (USB 3.2 Gen 1) handles fast file transfers from external drives, while the additional USB-A and USB-C data ports keep your peripherals connected.
The dual-slot card reader reads both SD and MicroSD cards simultaneously, which is handy for photographers or anyone pulling footage from multiple devices. The USB-C PD port supports up to 100W pass-through charging, so your laptop stays powered while everything else is running through the hub.
