Constructed from 12-strand braided Dyneema-grade synthetic fibre, the rope is built for the kind of tensile demands that come with pulling a stuck 4WD, SUV, ATV or boat out of sand, mud or rough terrain. It is rated as more tensile than comparable steel cable and can be repaired on the spot using standard braiding methods, which is a useful advantage when you're far from help.
The included black protective sleeve adds a layer of defence against abrasion, UV exposure, overheating and corrosion — extending the rope's working life across repeated use in tough conditions. The rope itself is rated as rust and waterproof, and resistant to UV, chemicals and weather, making it well suited to Australian off-road touring.
