The polyolefin construction shrinks at 70°C–110°C, so any heat gun, lighter or other controlled heat source will do the job. The 2:1 shrink ratio pulls the sleeve down tightly around whatever it's covering, creating a firm, abrasion-resistant layer that holds up through repeated casts and hard-fighting fish.
At 50mm per sleeve, they're long enough to cover most rigging applications — and because they're easily trimmed with scissors, you can cut them to whatever length works best. The three-colour split across the pack (Black, Yellow, Red) gives you the option to colour-code rigs by hook size, breaking strain or species, keeping your tackle bag organised on the water.
