    Because tungsten is 30% heavier than lead, you need less putty to achieve the same sink rate. That means more subtle presentations and less bulk on your rig — a real advantage when fish are finicky. The putty hardens in cold water so it stays put once you're fishing, but softens again when you need to adjust.

    Balancing soft plastic lures and tuning hard body lures has never been easier. Press a small amount near the hook to stabilise your bait, or use it to lay a fly rig flat on the bottom and mimic natural movement. It works equally well on fly lines, leader material, and conventional rigs.
