    Swimerz's 1/4 oz tungsten bullet sinkers are a practical upgrade over lead in this application. Tungsten is denser, so the sinker is physically smaller than a lead equivalent at the same weight — meaning a cleaner profile on the rig and a more natural-looking presentation. That density also makes tungsten harder, which transmits bottom feel through the line far more clearly. You'll feel the difference between sand, rock and weed, and subtle bites that would be lost through lead become detectable.
