The Finesse Excaliber 55mm Lipless Crankbait is built for exactly these situations — the internal ball bearings generate constant noise and vibration that draws aggressive reactions from Flathead, Bass, Barra and reef species even when they're not actively feeding.
One of the most effective techniques for this style of lure is the grass-tick retrieve — letting the lure sink into the top of a weed bed, then giving a sharp rod pop to free it.
