A 3D eye is one of the most effective finishing touches you can add, giving predatory fish a clear visual target and helping them identify the head of the bait. This matters most on slow-moving or paused presentations, where fish have time to study the lure before committing.
Artizan's 3D Moulded Lure Eyes measure 14mm in diameter and come in assorted colours, giving you options to match different lure profiles and water conditions. The raised 3D design creates genuine depth and a lifelike appearance that flat printed eyes simply can't replicate.
Fitting is straightforward. The self-adhesive backing bonds cleanly to flat, smooth surfaces like jigging metals without any extra glue. For hard contoured surfaces — lead jig heads, spinnerbait heads, hard-body lures — a small drop of super glue will make the bond permanent. On soft plastics or foam bodies, hot melt glue gives the best result. Finishing with a clear top coat over the eye adds depth, protects the bond and gives the whole lure a more polished look.
At 100 pieces per pack, you've got enough eyes to finish a serious run of custom builds or keep your repaint kit stocked for the season.
