Details

Presenting from a laptop with only USB-C ports can be a headache if you're connecting to a projector or TV that only speaks HDMI. The CHOETECH HUB-H04BK adapter bridges that gap cleanly — plug it into your USB-C port on one end, connect your HDMI cable on the other, and you're ready to go.

No driver installation is needed. The adapter works out of the box with Windows XP through to 10, macOS 10–11.5 and Chrome OS, making it a genuine plug-and-play solution. For supported setups, it can pass through up to 4K resolution, though you'll need a 4K-capable source device, HDMI cable and display to take full advantage.

Its compact, slim design makes it easy to keep in a laptop bag or travel pouch, so it's always there when you need to connect at the office, at a conference or in a hotel room. Note that this adapter requires DP Alt Mode support — it won't work with USB-C smartphones or tablets that use MHL or Slimport solutions instead. An HDMI cable is required separately.
