The Purple Krystal version adds mylar Krystal Flash strands into the mix alongside the silicone, giving you extra sparkle and light reflection compared to a standard silicone skirt. In deeper water or lower light conditions, that added flash can make a real difference in how far the lure registers to fish that are hunting by sight.
