Keeping fluids up on longer hikes, rides or climbs is one of those things that's easy to overlook until you're halfway through a tough section and already thirsty. A hydration bladder solves that by letting you sip continuously without breaking stride or stopping to dig around in your pack.
This 2.5L bladder is made from BPA-free, food-grade TPU that's been tested to be odourless and tasteless — a common frustration with cheaper bladders. The thick TPU material handles a bit of rough treatment too, holding up to squeezing without damage and tolerating water temperatures ranging from -20°C to 50°C, so it works whether you're filling it with ice-cold water on a hot day or warm water in winter.
The 3.54-inch screw-cap opening is genuinely wide enough to get a hand in for cleaning and to drop ice cubes through without a funnel or faff. The mouthpiece is made from soft food-grade silicone and includes a valve switch to prevent drips when you're not actively drinking, plus a dust cover to keep the bite valve clean in your pack.
Two internal hang holes keep the bladder standing upright inside your pack's dedicated compartment, which helps with even weight distribution and prevents the tube from kinking. A solid, practical hydration solution for hiking, trail riding, climbing and most active outdoor pursuits.
