The Giantz 140Ah AGM battery is designed specifically for deep cycle use, meaning it handles repeated discharge and recharge cycles without the performance drop you'd see from a standard car battery.
The AGM construction keeps the electrolyte absorbed in glass mat separators, which improves cyclic stability and allows for more frequent charging without damaging the cells. With up to 1400 cycles rated by the supplier, this battery is built to last across many seasons of camping, caravanning, and marine use. The bolt-down terminals provide a secure, rattle-resistant connection — important when you're travelling on rough tracks.
The pre-wired battery box takes the setup work out of the equation. Clip it to the battery terminals and you've immediately got access to USB ports for devices and a cigarette lighter socket for 12V appliances. Anderson plug connections mean you can run a solar panel straight in to keep the battery topped up during the day — no additional wiring required.
Note: Charge the battery as soon as you receive it, even if it won't be used immediately. AGM batteries are maintenance-free in terms of fluid levels, but they do require periodic recharging to maintain performance and longevity.
