Start With the Part of Your Camp Ensuite You Need
A practical campsite bathroom usually comes down to three parts: a way to wash, a toilet solution and enough privacy to use them comfortably. You can browse Camping Showers, Camping Toilets and Shower & Toilet Tents separately, or use this collection to compare the complete camp-ensuite setup in one place.
Before choosing equipment, think about how many people will use it, how much clean water you can carry, whether 12V power or LPG is available, where wastewater and toilet waste can be disposed of, and how much room you have both packed and at camp.
Camping Showers
The Camping Showers range includes different approaches to off-grid washing, from simple solar shower bags through to rechargeable or 12V pump showers and selected outdoor LPG hot-water systems. The right option depends on whether you need to heat water, only move water, or keep the setup as light and simple as possible.
Compare the individual product specifications for flow rate, power or charging requirements, hose length, water-temperature limits, fittings and included accessories. Do not assume a rechargeable or 12V shower pump heats the water unless the product specifically states that it does.
Camping Toilets
For a dedicated range of portable options, browse Camping Toilets. Compact folding toilets suit travellers prioritising packed size, while self-contained flushing models can provide a more familiar seat and separate freshwater and waste tanks.
Compare overall size, seat height, load rating, waste-tank capacity, freshwater capacity, flush mechanism, seals and ease of emptying. A larger waste tank can reduce emptying frequency, but it also becomes heavier to carry when full.
Shower & Toilet Tents
A privacy shelter gives your shower or toilet a dedicated place at camp. Browse Shower & Toilet Tents for single-room and multi-room options suited to showering, changing or housing a portable toilet.
Check standing height, floor footprint, door access, ventilation, packed size and anchoring requirements. If you are showering inside the shelter, also plan how runoff will be collected or drained in accordance with the campsite rules.
Think About Water, Power and Waste Together
A shower with a higher flow rate can use water quickly, while a larger toilet tank can add significant weight when full. Work backwards from the water and waste capacity you can realistically carry and manage. If your shower uses a rechargeable or 12V pump, make sure its charging or electrical requirements suit your touring setup.
Greywater and portable-toilet disposal rules vary between campsites, parks and local authorities. Some locations require greywater capture or self-contained toilet systems. Keep soap and wastewater away from waterways and stormwater, and empty toilet waste only at an approved dump point or other facility specifically designated for it.
Plan the Setup Space Before You Travel
Check both packed dimensions and the space each item needs once set up. Allow room for doors, shower hoses, toilet access, water containers, a shower base where used, guy lines and a safe path in and out. Testing the full setup at home can reveal missing fittings, awkward hose routing or clearance problems before you reach a remote campsite.
Safety and Campsite Rules
Portable LPG hot-water systems must be used only as directed by their manufacturer, including required ventilation and clearances. Do not operate a portable LPG water heater inside a shower tent, enclosed annexe, caravan, vehicle or other confined space.
Secure privacy tents as directed, support filled solar shower bags from a structure that can safely carry their weight, and check water temperature before use. Follow the product instructions and the rules of the campsite, park or local authority for wastewater, toilet waste and appliance use.

Product note: Capacities, flow rates, power sources, heating functions, fittings, dimensions and included accessories vary by model. Check the individual product specifications before ordering.
Safety note: Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and the rules of the campsite, park or local authority. Use LPG appliances only in the locations and manner approved by their manufacturer, and dispose of wastewater and toilet waste only where permitted.
